Ian serves as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Flywheel Capital. He oversees the day-to-day finance and accounting matters at Flywheel, in addition to assisting with investor relations, systems, and technology.
Ian is a CPA with a background in “Big 4” public accounting and has fourteen years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.
Before joining Flywheel, Ian served as the Director of Accounting at Baron Property Services LLC.
Ian is on the Board of Directors of NAIOP Colorado, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, and has served in that capacity since 2015. Ian is also on the NAIOP National Tax and Finance Subcommittee that helps shape real estate legislation at the federal level.
