Walt worked for Stearns-Roger fabricators as a machinist metal tradesman 1981-1984, he then moved to Tolin mechanical systems from 1984 through 2005. He went through apprenticeship and obtained Refrigeration operator and Boiler operator licenses both Federal and state CFC certifications. He also has obtained city and county of Denver stationary Engineer license. Walt has been the Chief Engineer at the Gateway properties for 14 + years.
