John is the Financial Analyst at Flywheel Capital, where he supports asset management, acquisitions, and daily operations across the firm’s portfolio. He brings five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a background in valuation and analytics spanning a broad range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Flywheel, he worked as a consultant at Altus Group, focusing on the valuation of institutional-grade office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets across the United States. John began his career as a commercial appraiser at Newmark. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, where he studied finance and real estate. A transplant from Indiana, John enjoys golf, hiking, skiing, and all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.
