Ezra joined Flywheel Capital after interning at Treeline Multifamily Partners where he underwrote institutional-grade multifamily assets across the Sunbelt. He sits on the National ULI Responsible Property Investment Council and is active in NAIOP, ULI Colorado, and the CU Real Estate Network.

He recently received his MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder. During his time at CU, Ezra was the President of the Graduate Real Estate Associate, First-Place finisher of the 2021 Colvin Case Study Challenge, and Runner-Up for the 2023 Rocky Mountain Real Estate Challenge.
