Chris is the Controller and oversees all aspects of financial management, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with regulatory standards. Leveraging a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of commercial real estate dynamics, Chris develops and implements robust financial strategies tailored to maximize profitability and mitigate risk.  

Chris is a seasoned accounting professional with thirty plus years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry, including almost 20 years working for a publicly traded industrial and a shopping center REIT. Having earned a Bachelor Administration in Accounting degree, Chris combines academic knowledge with practical insights to help drive success in the competitive landscape of commercial real estate accounting.  

Though not a native of Colorado, Chris calls Colorado home after moving here almost 25 years ago. He is a huge fan of the diverse landscape and enjoys the great outdoors the Centennial State has to offer. From the snow-capped peaks for skiing, to the lush valleys for long hikes and overnight camping, it is a place where nature’s wonders and outdoor adventures abound.
