In 2021, Flywheel broke ground on Peak Technology Campus’ Building #1. This is a 50,000 SF SCIF-ready buildout, Class A office building. Flywheel can construct three additional office buildings at Peak Technology Campus located within Peak Innovation Park which boasts a ground lease with the Colorado Springs Airport. Once the Park is fully built out, it will house more than 10 million sf of commercial development and will be the largest business park in the state.

Peak Innovation Park is also home to an Amazon automated fulfillment center, Amazon sorting center, Northrop Grumman, and The Aerospace Corporation. Additionally, Peak Innovation Park is in a Qualified Opportunity Zone (“QOZ”), providing tax benefits for Flywheel’s partners.
