In 2020, Flywheel, along with our partner ICP Funds, acquired Park Centre. Park Centre is a Class B, 73,000 SF suburban flex office building in a strong Westminster, Colorado submarket.

Flywheel executed a 3-year capital improvement plan consisting of roof and HVAC replacement, parking lot improvements, and an energy saving LED conversion.
