Flywheel purchased Gateway Centre Campus in 2021. The 300,000 SF fully leased Class A multi-tenant office buildings are located near Denver International Airport and Buckley Space Force Base. The property is predominantly leased to government and Department of Defense contractors with significant SCIF build-out. Execution of the business plan included a capital improvement plan to replace the rooftop units on all four buildings, elevator modernizations, and managing short-term tenant roll over.
