The Cameron Apartments represent Phase I of a land assemblage and development project at the hard corner of Evans and I-25. The Cameron is a 361 unit, five-story wood framed apartment project wrapped around a six-story pre-cast parking garage. The project sits on 2.94 acres and will be surrounded by 30,000 square feet of green space.

The project amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubroom, co-working lounge, two courtyards, swimming pool, and a fenced dog park. Unit amenities feature wood flooring, hard surface countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and walk-in closets.

Phase II will realize a second multi-family project on the remaining land.
