In 2022, Flywheel along with partner Chestnut Funds, purchased Centennial Creek. The 30,000 SF Class B multi-tenant office building is focused on health and wellness and is centrally located in Boulder, Colorado. The business plan consists of executing a capital improvement plan of partial roof replacement, lobby and common area restroom upgrades, parking lot repairs, LED enhancement, and mechanical upgrades. We are exercising the opportunity to bring rents to market rate and convert leases to triple net as terms expire. Centennial Creek is also located in a Qualified Opportunity Zone (“QOZ”), which will allow us to explore other uses in the coming years.
