In 2022, Flywheel along with partner ICP Funds, acquired the property on Arkansas Avenue. The 63,000 SF three-story office building is located in the center of Denver, near the intersection of I-25 and Colorado Boulevard and has one of the highest daily traffic counts in Colorado.  Adjacent properties have recently undergone rezoning to allow for up to eight stories and the potential to rezone Arkansas would add significant value to the land. Flywheel is currently in the process to upzone the property.
