In 2022, Flywheel along with partner ICP Funds, acquired the property on Arkansas Avenue. The 63,000 SF three-story office building is located in the center of Denver, near the intersection of I-25 and Colorado Boulevard and has one of the highest daily traffic counts in Colorado. Flywheel officially upzoned the property in April, after the adjacent properties were rezoned for up to eight stories — a move that added significant value to the land.
