Northrop recently executed a long-term lease renewal with the previous owner. The business plan consists of executing tenant improvement projects, full replacement of rooftop units, repaving a portion of the parking lot, adding EV chargers, and benefiting from strong cash flow with a Fortune 500 tenant.
