In 2018, Flywheel purchased this 61,000 SF property on Acoma St. which, at the time, was a Class B industrial property. Upon acquisition, Flywheel started construction to reposition half of the asset into a temperature controlled self-storage facility and the second half of the building into an upgraded industrial space.
