In 2022, Flywheel purchased the property on Iowa Ave. The 64,000 SF Class B industrial building includes ample yard space and is located in a desirable downtown Longmont location.  Flywheel acquired the building with a short-term lease in place. The business plan consists of executing capital improvements including a roof replacement, interior demo, and full property enhancements. Once complete, it will be leased to one or more industrial tenants.
