Flywheel Capital Secures First Tenant at Peak Technology Campus in Colorado Springs

COLORADO SPRINGS (May 13, 2024) – Flywheel Capital, a Denver-based vertically integrated commercial real estate investments, property management, and asset development firm, today announced that Invictus International Consulting, a Virginia-based cyber technology solutions company, has signed a new 19,496-square-foot office lease at Building 1 of Peak Technology Campus near the Colorado Springs Airport. The lease represents the first signing at the forthcoming four-building office development, which is designed to accommodate the area’s expanding technology and defense sectors. Building 1, which broke ground in March 2021 and was completed in May 2022, is the inaugural structure on the campus.

Coming into Building 1 on the Peak Technology Campus provided a great alternative with excellent proximity to Colorado Springs Airport, and both Peterson and Schriever Space Force Bases.”

Buildings 2-4 of the campus are currently under development and are slated for construction in the near future. Upon full realization, Peak Technology Campus will deliver 210,000 total square feet of singe-story, Class A office space tailored to support aerospace and defense industry operations.  

Campus amenities include full-floor and multi-tenant configurations, loading docks, building signage and secure-ready sites with dedicated entries. The site is part of the 900-acre master planned Peak Innovation Park, which offers proximity to multiple hotels, restaurants and retail amenities. Neighboring tenants include Amazon, Northrop Grumman and The Aerospace Corporation.
