Denver, February 18, 2022 – Flywheel Capital is pleased to announce the successful sale of 1501 S. Acoma Street in Denver, Colorado.  The closing took place without any complications, and the firm is delighted with the investment’s outcome. 

Acquired in May of 2019, the Flywheel team re-zoned the property to an industrial/mixed-use district suitable to up to a height of five stories.  The strategically located property is between two light rail stations, one block west of South Broadway Avenue and a mile from the Washington Park and Platt Park neighborhoods.
